Law Enforcement Officers' Advocate Council

 Mark is also the General Counsel to the newly formed (2009) Law Enforcement Officers' Advocate Council (LEOAC)--an organization dedicated to assisting law enforcement officers through advocacy with the U.S. Congress and the White House. LEOAC maintains a list of attorneys who can assist law enforcement peresonnel in various matters; however the council's primary function is advocacy-- to promote llegislation that will assist law enforcement officers carry out that sworn duty of defending the Constitution of the United States.
